Excellent conversation. Very inspiring. Really resonated with everything said.

I’ve recently come upon Elliots material and have been really impressed thus far. Looking forward to listening into more of Brendon’s material as well.

I’ve been working towards improving my performance edge and have been seeing massive progression through really pushing myself to get to the next level.

I’ve really been seeing the impact of exercising the body and mind, reading, listening, viewing expansive material, studying my craft and how it has a massive impact on my performance at the poker table. I’ve noticed bad beats don’t put me on tilt and I am able to find the zone and thrive.

I played a live tournament tonight and made it through of field of 40+ to the final table. Played a solid game. Ran incredible and played excellent as well. Made a move on a miscalculated read and finish in 6th. Afterwards I decided to celebrate the victory though it wasn’t a 1st or 2nd place finish, took a shot of rum haha, cleaned the house, and then ran 2 miles while finishing up listening to this podcast.

The persistence of courage in our battles, no matter how large or small they may seem, win the war.

Appreciate you both sharing your voice and gifts.
